What it is
A 10-hour mentoring track (typically 5–8 sessions) focused on advanced compositing and career acceleration. We’ll develop one or more production-style shots, refine your reel and job-readiness, and build methods you can rely on under real deadlines.
What we’ll do
Define an advanced syllabus based on your goals (from the Intro).
Shot-based learning: CG/AOV integration, relighting, multipass workflow, edge treatment & photoreal finishing, plate cleanup, projections, camera/roto strategy, grain/defocus/aberration, ACES/OCIO hygiene, expressions/gizmos, performance optimization.
Reel review: selection, ordering, annotations, before/after structure, titles & pacing.
Career tips: interview prep, art test strategy, role targeting, salary/day-rate talking points.

Cadence: weekly/bi-weekly; each slot is 1h with ~+30 min buffer if we need to wrap a concept.
Sessions on Google Meet, book your first session before completing your purchase.
Every session recorded (mp4) and uploaded privately to Playbook with all materials (NK scripts, LUTs/OCIO config, PDFs, notes).
Optional homework between sessions to keep momentum (30–90 min).
Limited availability: max 10 hrs/week. If full, next week’s slots open.
Outcome
2–3 polished shots (scope-dependent) with mentor notes and production checklists.
An upgraded reel segment ready to share.
A personal growth plan (skills, studios/roles to target, interview prep list).
Can we focus only on one complex shot?
Yes, if you prefer depth on a single hero shot, we’ll tailor the plan accordingly.Is Deep compositing included?
We can cover concepts and a practical mini-exercise if relevant to your goals. Deep comp and good practices using deep data can definitely be part of our session.What if I need more time?
